HISTORY

Diana Carolina, as most know her, took her first steps in gastronomy at the age of 9. Her beginnings were preparing cakes, which she was never good at because she did not like to take measurements to prepare her meals. From her adolescence until now, her favorite dishes are gourmet: Tavolo Style!

Diana always says her best judge was her father, as he told her that all her meals were delicious, while her mother helped her and continues to help her perfect everything she does. Likewise, Diana has the support of her daughter Sofia, who also follows in her footsteps in the culinary arts.

Diana never imagined that the art of cooking would be her passion, so when you see Diana cook, you see a happy face lighting up the entire place. She frequently takes guests to her house to taste her pleasant meals and has been characterized as a creative, committed and detail oriented woman in what she does. She is differentiated by the quality, experience and delicacy when preparing her dishes. This passion led her to become a certified chef at the age of 21 in her hometown of Maracaibo, Venezuela. There she obtained her university degree in public relations, a career she would never pursue because she was aware that her inspiration was cooking.

Since 2013, Diana has resided in Texas, USA with her daughter Sofia where she continues to pursue her love for cooking. In Dallas, she is known as “Diana Tavolo” and today she travels the world tasting different culinary cuisines, to enrich and educate herself on the different cultures.

Her success is the result of her perseverance and love for what she does. This is why today, we celebrate the start of a company that was born due to its commitment and passion for bringing good food to the table, and making your life easier with its products!
